Within 48 hours, instructions detailing how to return items will be sent to you. Once item(s) are received, a refund for the price of the item (Shipping and handling not included) will be issued and an email notification will be sent.

NOTE: Please package the return jewelry with care! We cannot issue a refund for any item that is damaged during transit. We recommend you send the items with tracking confirmation. Please attach a copy of your invoice with the items in their original condition within a padded envelope to the address provided above.
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. (including AK & HI) and U.S. territories that use Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express ( Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands - Visit the USPS website for current list of U.S. terrirtories). USPS estimates delivery times for Priority Mail between 1 - 3 business days and is not guaranteed. Delivery times for Priority Mail Express is 1 business day for most domestic areas.
Please allow for 1 -2 business days for packaging and handling before item is shipped. You'll receive emails containing your tracking number and the status of your package. Once you have your tracking number, you can track your order anytime on our Track Order Status page.
